Service Description
A simple, stylish foundation for a DIY bouquet bar experience. Perfect for hosts who already have florals and supplies but want a clean, elevated setup for their guests to enjoy. Studio M provides the setup essentials, including a 4 foot table, white linen, and bouquet display stand. Clients provide florals, bouquet packaging, ribbon/ties, and floral tools.
Cancellation Policy
All stem bar bookings are submitted as requests and are not confirmed until approved by Studio M. Once approved, payment must be completed within 48 hours to secure your date and time. Unpaid bookings may be released. Floral selections are based on seasonal availability and curated to coordinate with your chosen color palette and overall event aesthetic. While clients are welcome to request specific florals, certain blooms may require special ordering and additional fees. Exact flower varieties cannot be guaranteed due to seasonality and wholesaler availability. By booking, clients acknowledge that floral substitutions may occur and Studio M is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to unavailable or substituted blooms. Final guest counts and event details must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Additional guests or major changes requested after this deadline may be subject to additional fees and availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue access and setup timing. Delays in venue access may impact setup completion. Fresh florals are perishable and should be handled with care. Studio M is not responsible for damage or wilting caused by heat, weather, improper handling, or conditions after setup is complete. Remaining florals may be taken home by guests, kept by the host, or donated to a local hospital or women’s shelter in the client’s honor.
